Please be advised that Coastal Source has recently made some important updates regarding their warranty policy. Due to complications with their proposed extended warranty they will instead be implementing an enhanced Standard Warranty that will build upon the existing warranty while making their overall policy easier for everyone to understand.
UPDATED RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY
- All COASTAL SOURCE brass and aluminum lighting fixtures bear a lifetime warranty
- All COASTAL SOURCE patented Coastal Connectors™, cables, LED lamps & modules (including Niche & Gimbal LED Modules), speakers, CRS/CAS/SAS amplifiers, transformers, DC power supplies, and lighting/audio electronic components have a five (5) year limited warranty.
- All THIRD PARTY products sold by COASTAL SOURCE bear their original manufacturer’s warranty.
- All CLEARANCE items purchased from COASTAL SOURCE are limited to a one (1) year warranty.
COMMERCIAL OR NON-RESIDENTIAL LIMITED WARRANTY
- All COASTAL SOURCE lighting fixtures, patented Coastal Connectors™, cables, LED lamps & modules (including Niche & Gimbal LED Modules), speakers, CRS/CAS/SAS amplifiers, transformers, DC power supplies, and lighting/audio electronic components have a two (2) year limited warranty.
- All THIRD PARTY products sold by COASTAL SOURCE bear their original manufacturer’s warranty.
- All CLEARANCE items purchased from COASTAL SOURCE are limited to a one (1) year warranty.
