Featuring 3 models each with a different driver size (4″, 6″, and 8″), the Slim speakers combine a stealthy appearance with wide, accurate sound and, due to its slim profile, the immense practicality of installation in a wider choice of locations.
Advantages of the Slim Series
Slim Profile – By integrating the bass driver basket with the frame, Monitor Audio has succeeded in reducing the overall speaker size by around 25% over conventional designs without any performance penalty.
Easy Installation – Having a physical depth of less than 4″ (100mm), all Slim models are perfect for standard stud-wall installation, or where depth is restricted. Additionally, all CS models incorporate Monitor Audio’s innovative and reliable Tri-Grip® fixing design which provides greater contact surface area and saves installation time.
Versatile & Robust – The Slim speakers feature a pivoting C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter, allowing 15 degrees of play in all directions for high-resolution output that can be directed for ideal imaging and reduced in-room reflections. Paintable round and square grille options are available to suit any style or decor, and all models use fire-retardant materials specified to U.L. V0 rating. The Slim models are splash and humidity proof and feature dust protection covers that are designed to prevent the ingress of loose building materials or dust into the driver and crossover network.
