To help promote the program, Kaleidescape will notify all customers who have less than 5% storage space, directing them to contact their dealer of record (or their local Kaleidescape Regional Sales Manager) so that you can discuss adding an additional Terra server or upgrading their system through the Upgrade Program.
As a reminder, you will receive 25% off the dealer cost for older customer systems that are traded in for newer products, which may be more appropriate than the Terra Add-on Program in some cases (out-of-warranty hardware, limited rack space, or already have four servers). See the Upgrade Program on the extranet for details. (The Upgrade Program cannot be combined with the Terra Add-on Program.)
